First of all Mr. Ajay is a nice man to work with. I admire his mechanical knowledge and a team player too. He always seems to be man of multiple choices. Whenever I expect a change in the design he used to come-up with multiple solutions. He grasp the discussions easily and come out with innovative choices. He used to manage the available resources very well and more over I admire his commitment and punctuality.
